Wine Making
The grapes are handpicked into harvest crates early in the morning to ensure the temperature in the grapes stay as low as possible to preserve fresh flavours. Crushing and de-stemming takes place, whereafter the juice was kempt on the skins for several hours, before pressing, to extract extra flavors. The juice settled for 48hrs and was then transferred to stainless steel and inoculated with commercial yeats. The wine was aged on the lees for 9 months to develop more complex flavors and a rounder palet.

On the palate, this wine reveals its full-bodied nature, as enchanting flavours of ginger spice take centre stage, leading to a lingering, elegant finish.
